It has been a long time since I have written anything on here. Since my last post, we moved from Casper, Wyoming to St Louis, Missouri to Tracy California! Oh, and had another baby! We lived in St Louis for almost 4 years. I have to say.... I loved it there. In the spring of 2015, we found out we were expecting our rainbow baby. Jackson Warren was born on Feb 7th, 2016. He was 6lbs, 6oz and 21 inches long. In January 2016, Justin started a new position as the service center manager at the FedEx Freight center in Hayward, California. Because my scheduled C-section date was set for Feb 8th, Ryan, Peanut and I had to stay behind. Justin flew back and forth over the 5 weeks that he was gone.
Jack Jack was born on super bowl Sunday. Daddy's beloved Bronco's were playing. I was sure that I would make it to my scheduled time on Monday morning, but Jack had other plans. He was delivered at 4PM and we made it back to the recovery room just in time for Justin to see kick off. He was holding our new baby boy when the Bronco's won the game.
Ryan was over the moon to be a big brother. The love that him and Jack have for each other makes my heart smile. Jack squeals and laughs when he sees Ryan. When I say "Jack! Let's go get Ryan from school!", he giggles and runs to the back door.
So, when Jack was almost 5 weeks old, we got the ok to travel. Justin flew "home" and took Ryan, Peanut and the pickup and started the 2.5 day drive to California. Jack and I stayed in a hotel and flew out the day after they arrived. He did amazing on his first plane ride.
We have been in California a little over a year, and absolutely love it here. Ryan turned 8 in Dec and Jack turned 1 in Feb. We bought our first house in January. Time is going by so fast. My plan is to keep my blog updated with our day to day life here with our 2 amazing little boys! I am looking forward to the adventures that we will continue to have!

Still A Slacker
I really need to get better about posting! It's been a crazy year so far! We celebrated Ryan's 3rd Birthday last December! It's so hard to believe that "baby boy" will be 4 in less than 3 months!
I went back to work in January, doing a seasonal job! Did income taxes for Jackson Hewitt! It was a lot of fun! I really enjoyed the the craziness of "peak" and end of season rush!
On February 10th, we found out we were pregnant again (not something we shared with many people after our loss in Dec 2009)! My OB/GYN was amazing with our concerns and had me go to the hospital that night (Friday) to have my blood drawn! She called me back later that night and said my numbers were amazing, and wanted me to have them drawn again on Sunday night! An hour after I had my blood drawn, she called and said that my numbers had not gone up enough and it was not going to be a viable pregnancy. Said to come into her office first thing in the morning (she was actually going to be closed all week to pack the office and move to a new building, but said they would keep the ultrasound equipment out until after she had seen me). We get to the office and she comes in to do the scan herself! Sure enough, the pregnancy was in my remaining tube. She gave us the options and left to let Justin and I discuss! I was so thankful he was able to leave work to go with me! Because we caught it early enough, we were able to do the methotrexate shot instead of surgery. We ran to the pharmacy and got the medication and went back to have the shot administered! It worked, and the pregnancy was terminated. :(
I chose to go back on birth control for a few months after that to give my body a chance to heal and the methotrexate to get out of my system! We have been back to trying again for about 5 months now, but not having any luck! I am now at the point of trying to decide if we should just be done, or keep trying! I'm thinking if nothing happens in the next couple months, I need to just sell all the baby stuff we kept from Ryan and move on with our lives!
So much more has happened other than that, but I think that should be a whole other post!

Whoa!!!
How bad am I! I just realized it has been over a year since I have written anything on here!
Ryan turned 2 in December, and is so crazy!! He is such a ball of energy! We just moved 2 months ago from Kansas City to Casper, Wyoming. BIG CHANGE!!! Justin is back to working days, not that we see much more of him. He is managing the whole state and has to travel more than we would like! I'm still staying at home with Ryan, and am trying to swing this gig as long as I can!
I had to take Ryan to the Dr. today! Actually, a return visit. I took him in Monday with a fever and cough, and he was diagnosed with a viral infection. Was told to treat the fever and let them know if he didn't get better. After a night with very little sleep (he was up coughing all night long), I decided it warranted another trip into the Dr. They prescribed some cough syrup for him, and an antibiotic for an ear infection. This was a first for us!! Needless to say, I was pretty upset when the Dr said he had one. She was shocked that he has made it through 27 months of life and hadn't had one. Hopefully we can get some sleep tonight!! I know we need it!! It's been really hard since daddy has been out of town!! He will be home this evening though, so hopefully that will lift little man's spirits!!
Gonna run for now!! Hopefully, I can write more often once Ryan is feeling better!!!

Playing catch up!
Ok, so once again, I have been slacking with my blog. I have been so busy with Ryan. He is such and active busy little boy. We went back home to Colorado and Nebraska last September for vacation, and we got to introduce our little blessing to so many friends and family.
We have been having problems getting weight on Ryan. He has not gained much at all since his 9 month appointment (and he's 13 months old now). He has to go back to the Dr. on Monday to have his weight rechecked, and probably have some more lab work done. They did some labs at his 1 year checkup, and his blood was a little too acidotic. He hates his milk. He is supposed to be drinking 24 oz of milk a day, and I am lucky to get 10-12 down him. He has also turned into a bit of a finicky eater. He used to eat anything and everything, and lately, he just hasn't been interested in eating.
In December (the 20th to be exact) we found out we were expecting baby #2, only to have our hearts shattered a week later. I ended up in the hospital on the morning of the 28th in horrid pain. They determined that the pregnancy was ectopic, and rushed me into emergency surgery. It has been really hard the last 3 weeks dealing with this loss. Hopefully by late this spring though, we can start trying again.
Ryan and Peanut are still the best of friends. They follow each other around and chase each other and snuggle together. I feel so lucky to have the family that I do, but inside it just does not feel complete yet. Hopefully that will change though!!
Here are a few random pictures from the last 7 months for your entertainment. I will try to get some more blogging done with some more pictures soon!!

6 Months Old!!!
Ryan is 6 months old already. Actually, it was on the 14th, but I'm a bit of a slacker. His Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Phil got him his highchair and Daddy and Mommy got him a huge stuffed alligator. Justin wanted to get this alligator when I was still pregnant and I informed him it would be a long time before he would be big enough to play with such a big toy...LOL!! He had his 6 month appointment this last Monday (22nd). He is up to 14 lbs 8 oz, and they measured him at 25 1/2 inches long. I think that was off a little bit as he was not cooperating and kept trying to scrunch himself up in a ball. His hydrocele is gone (YAY), and the Dr. said he is perfectly healthy. He is teething. Dr. Nalley noticed his bottom right tooth is getting very close to coming in. He didn't do very good Monday night after his shots. We were up every couple of hours and he was running a bit of a fever and was a bit restless. Needless to say, I decided to let him just come in and sleep with me around 2 AM and it was amazing how much better he slept. Tuesday wasn't bad (once I finally got him down for the night). He is sleeping pretty much through the night now. He goes to sleep anywhere from 8:30 - 9:30 and wakes up to eat somewhere between 4:30 - 6:30. Sometimes I can get him to go back to sleep for an hour or so, but usually he is ready to get up and start the day. This would be fine if mommy was not suffering insomnia and was able to get to sleep before 3:30 - 4:30 in the morning. Anyway, heres a few pics. My little monkey is getting soooo big!!!!
**Note: I have been trying for 3 days now to put a video on here, but for some reason Blogger is hating on me!! I'll keep trying though and hopefully I can get it on here soon. It is way too cute!!

Playing Catch Up...again!!
I have been a total slacker. I've kinda gotten addicted to FaceBook, and between that and a fussy little boy, I tend to run out of time. Ryan turned 5 months old today. Our little boy is getting so big. He can sit up for a short amount of time on his own, and last night figured out how to roll from his back to his belly. Too bad he hasn't figured out how to roll back to his back. He tries to combat crawl across the floor. He LOVES the dog. Everytime he sees Peanut his eyes light up and he gets a huge grin on his face and starts squealing with delight. This last Monday night, we started working on transitioning him to his crib in his own room. The first night he ended up back in our room after he woke up to eat the first time. I couldn't get him to go back to sleep in his own room. By last night, he was doing much better in there. He went to bed at 8:30 and woke up at 10:30 hungry. He didn't wake up again until a little after 4:00. I put him back in his crib, and he didn't cry....but he didn't go to sleep either. He was still in there babbling and playing at 5:00. He woke up again a little after 6:00 and Justin had just pulled in the driveway. He was screaming his little head off and Justin heard him from outside. He was barreling up the stairs just as I was going across the hall. He wouldn't go back to sleep then, and Justin said to just put him in bed with us so we could get some snuggle time with him. He's napping a little bit better. I can get him to sleep for about an hour at a time for his naps. He'll won't go to the Dr. for a checkup this month. We get to wait one more month before he has to get shots again. (YAY). When we went in for his 4 month checkup he was up to 12 lbs 10.5 oz and 24 3/4 inches long. He is growing like a weed!!
We've also started some solids with him. He's been getting rice cereal for about a month now, and last week we started introducing some other foods. He loves sweet potatoes, and will tolerate apple sauce. We will be starting another new one tomorrow. I haven't decided yet if we are going to do squash or carrots. I'm sure whatever we do, it will be just as fun as the others have been.
Here are some recent pictures of our little munchkin!!
