The rules of the game get posted at the beginning. Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people (or whatever) and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment letting them know they've been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know when you've posted your answer.

4th of July & pics

Ok, so peanut was so well behaved over the 4th. We ended up at Justins brother and sister in laws neighbors. They had an entirely fenced in back yard, and a lot of people there. Peanut was in heaven. He was passed around like a baby, and him and Madolyn hit it off great. They would chase each other around the yard. He was yapping and she was giggeling. He puppy chewed a bit at her, but it didn't seem to bother her. He wasn't as aggressive as he is with me, so I was pretty happy. I lost him at some point after Kelly took Madolyn home to put her to bed. He had been out playing, and I went to check on him and could not find him anywhere. I finally found him. He had gotten into his kennel by himself and had fallen asleep. The fireworks didn't seem to bother him either (nor did the thunderstorm we had last night).

We went back to Kevin and Kelly's on Saturday to pick up the bed for the spare bedroom we bought from them. The first words out of Madolyns mouth was "Where's your puppy". We ended up going back a little bit later so Justin could help Kevin move something and made sure we took Peanut with us. We ended up with an entertainment center on that trip. When we left later, we stopped to eat and get cleaned up, and went back to watch the Nascar race. I think it was midnight before we got home.

On Sunday - we had a day of rest. Peanut was still tired from Friday and Saturday, so he slept most of the day. It gave mommy and daddy time to sleep too. We ended up going out to dinner last night to a place called Spagetti Wharehouse. It wasn't too bad. Anyway - enjoy the pics from this weekend!!!

Here I am at 16 weeks.

Peanut hanging out at the barbeque.

He needed a short rest!!

It's a bird!! It's a plane!!! It's BatDog??? Nope, it's just peanut.

He fell asleep in someones lap. He was so cute.

We could not get Madolyn to take off her helmet. She loves it.

This was the first time she rode her bike. It was really exciting!!!

She was still trying to figure out the whole pedaling thing!!

She saw Peanut about this time and decided to take a break from the bike and play with him.

Playing Catch up!!!

Ok, so it has been quite a while since I have been on here. Time to play catch up.

We went to the doctor this last Tuesday. He said the baby is doing great and the heartbeat was around 160. We go back on Aug 4th for our 20 week ultrasound. I can't wait to see our little one again. I think the next 4 weeks may just drive me nuts.

Last Monday we went to a kennel on the south side of Atlanta to look at a puppy. We now have a little 9 week old Miniature Dachshund. We decided to name him peanut (so now we need to find a new nickname for the baby). He is so rotton. Every little bit puppy. I told Justin we should have named him Rotten Apple because he is rotton to the core, and every once in a while looks sweet as an apple. He went to bed way to early last night and had mommy up at 4:00 this morning. It is almost 10:00 now and about my nap time....LOL. I wish!!! I need to finish getting food ready for tonight. We are going to my brother and sister in-laws for dinner. I am taking a sausage cheese dip, and some other sides. I need to hurry up and figure out what sides I am going to take. We are just going to take Peanut with us. If he gets too naughty he may have to go to his kennel. We will have to see how he does. Kevin and Kelly have a little girl that is about 2 and 1/2. I am afraid that Peanut will be a little to rowdy with her. They are afraid that Madolyn will terrorize Peanut. This could be interesting. I will take more pic's this weekend - hopefully a new belly one too. It is definitely getting out there. I noticed last night that I already can not see my feet. What else am I not going to be able to see by the time the next 24 weeks goes by???? HMMMMMM!!!

Here's one of those sweet innocent looks!! He really is pretty good!

Daddy found this T-Ball buried in the Holly Bush out front. Peanut had a blast playing with it!!!

OMG - another sweet innocent look.

Ok, he likes to chew. On anything he can get his mouth on. He got ahold of the leg of my patio chair here. Better that than my leg!!!

Ah-hah! I found daddies ear. It tastes good!!!
